How can I pay for my order?
You may use American Express, MasterCard or Visa to pay for your online order. You may also place an order over the phone using Panla’s Gift Certificate; just call Customer Service for assistance.
Food Delivery Schedule 
Please note that all local food deliveries must be made 48hrs in advance. Also please specify delivery time.
Local Delivery Area 
We ship to anywhere within the USA via UPS for all non-perishable items. Perishable items are shipped only within the New York City area and some areas in New Jersey and Connecticut. Please see table below for shipping charges for the NYC area. Please note that additional charges will be required for orders outside the NYC area.

When will my order be shipped? 

Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days.  In the event of any undue delay, we will contact you by phone or email. Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped on the same day. All delivery addresses must be street addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Do you ship orders to foreign countries? 
We do not ship to Canada or internationally. We only ship to areas within the continental U.S.
Do I have to be available to accept a perishable delivery?  
Yes, you or someone you trust must be available at the delivery location to accept your perishable order. In most cases the shipper will release packages if you or the recipient is not home, however there are some delivery instances where release is not possible (apartment building with no access, unsafe area, etc.). Panla will not be responsible for items delivered but not opened, packages released or packages that spoiled because recipient was not in and shipper was unable to release. Please make sure that someone will be available to accept the package before placing an order containing perishables. Unfortunately neither Panla nor the driver can contact you or the recipient before the delivery is made.
How will my order be shipped? 
All orders from the kitchen (prepared meals) will be delivered to you by our driver by’s driver to your door. All other orders will be sent via UPS. will take the utmost care packaging and handling your purchases

• Please allow 3-5 business days for ground shipping for non-perishable items. All items may not always ship together.

• Credit will not be granted if items are discarded or partially consumed.

• We can only deliver to a street address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O's or F.P.O's.

• is not responsible for packages which are lost or spoiled due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please carefully check and confirm addresses before submitting your order. Be sure to include your apartment number, floor number, etc. UPS or other shipping companies are not responsible for address corrections or verification of address.

Returns & Exchanges 
Customer Satisfaction
 Extra care is taken with perishable products and their refrigeration. If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, please notify us immediately and we will correct the situation.
How can I make a change or cancel my order?
To make a change or cancel your order, please contact Customer Service. Your change or cancellation must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of the shipping date. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed on the day they are shipped.
What if my merchandise arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged or broken item, please call our Customer Service Department immediately to confirm and to receive a Return Authorization number. No refunds will be issued if complaint is not filed within 24 hours of receiving merchandise. Retain the shipping box until the return has been processed.
What if a Perishable item arrives damaged?
As soon as your perishable item is delivered, please inspect ALL items. If you suspect there is a problem call us immediately. Do not dispose of the product or its packaging. No refunds will be issued if your complaint is not filed within 24 hours of delivery.
Can I return a gift I've received?
Any items received as gifts can be returned for store credit only. Contact customer service for assistance.
