You can return an item within the first 21 days* (from the shipping date). We'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise, whichever you prefer. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals and all accessories.



Return Shipping

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Panla will cover the cost to exchange within 21 days*. Products returned that weigh more than 50 pounds will be charged a return shipping fee. Fee will be based upon size and weight of the product. A return shipping price will be sent to you before it is picked up.
